Our Mission Statement
The Jayna Kelley Memorial Foundation has been organized to help improve lives by providing educational opportunities and to make the community, state country and world a better place by providing charitable benefits.
Not withstanding anything to the contrary, the purposes of this Corporation are limited exclusively to exempt purposes within the meaning of the Internal Revenue Code.
In 2021, Jayna helped improve MANY lives. Her foundation donated an incredible $120,000 of funds and other gifts to twelve area charities. We cannot wait to see what 2023 and beyond have in store for Jayna’s foundation!
On behalf of the Jayna Kelley Memorial Foundation and the Kelley family, we want to thank everyone who helped honor and remember Jayna in 2021 from the bottom of our hearts. Whether it was a financial gift, talking about her (if you knew her), asking about her (if you didn’t know her), or any other act of kindness that was somehow attributed to her legacy… we are blessed and so very grateful to have such an amazing family, circle of friends, and community.
