Robin and Terra recently met with Chippewa County Human Services staff members Kari, Abby, and Serena to present a check for $8,468 to the County’s foster care program, along with $1,532 worth of gift cards and other items.
Children that are removed from the home of their birth parents have inevitably experienced trauma. The gifts and donated funds will help provide for the basic needs of these children. Human Services staff will be able to purchase additional items such as clothing, blankets, gift cards, haircuts, coloring books, books, sports/extracurricular school activity fees, and gas cards.
